Wwe Raw recently saw the return of two former champions. Rusev joined the company last month, while Sheamus made his return on the screen a few weeks ago. Vince Russo talked about the former members of the League of Nations after this week's program.
Rusev has been attacking and tormenting The Alpha Academy since he returned to the company. After defeating Otis in his first return fight, the Redeemer shattered his teammate of couples, Akira Tozawa, this week. The former champion managed to ensure victory in minutes, but continued attacking Tozawa until Sheamus arrived to confront him.
In Legion of RAWthe former main writer of the WWE, Vince Russo, said he was baffled by the fight between Rusev and Tozawa. He questioned Sheamus's interaction with Bulgarian gross before stating that the three -time WWE champion was “the triple H protected.” Russo felt that the Celtic warrior was being highlighted at prominent angles due to his relationship with The Game.
“Someone (behind the scenes) is suggesting that because Sheamus is the Triple H protected. He has always been the triple H. Triple H. (From the 27:29 minute onwards)
Rusev and Sheamus have a large number of followers and are veterans in the world of professional wrestling. The two are close friends outside the screen they have often seen training together. Therefore, it will be exciting to see how your chemistry develops on the screen.
Sheamus says he has two things left to achieve at WWE
The Brawling Brutes member still has things in his desire list that he wants to achieve in his career within the WWE.
“The title IC, that's all Virgin Media sports stories. “Then, the IC title and the Wrestlemania star event, are the two things I want to do.”
It remains to be seen if we will see the fighter winning gold in what remains from his time inside the ring.
