The WWE prepares to crown the first women's women's champion in the main event on Saturday night. WWE analyst Sam Roberts suggested that a 33 -year -old superstar should win the title.
Chelsea Green has been one of the most entertaining characters of the company based in Stamford since her return last year. The former female champion in pairs currently fights to become the inaugural female champion of the United States. Last Friday in Smackdown, the Canadian star defeated Bianca Belair and Blair Davenport to qualify for the second round of the tournament by the United States Women's Championship.
In his Podcast Notsam Wrestling, Roberts expressed his desire to see Green win the United States championship in Long Island. He said that the company should not waste the opportunity to tighten the trigger against it in a place where fans would make a lot of noise:
“We know that we are going soon with the ends of the tournament for the United States Women To justify not take advantage of that moment when you have the ability to do it, ”he said.
The 41 -year -old commentator said fans would like to get to the holidays having experienced the moment when Green won the title, and said that everyone would want her to win at the time of the tournament final:
“It is almost impossible for me to say that Chelsea Green should not win the United States Women United, ”Roberts added. (56:39 – 57:51)
Former WWE employee want Bayley to win the United States Women's Championship
The former WWE Employee Tommy Carlucci talked about the tournament for the United States Women's Championship in the Podcast Behind The Turnbuckle: The War Room. He revealed that Bayley would win the title.
The former employee said winning the title would help The Role Model:
“I would give it to Bayley. I think you really need a push. It has been in the company for a long time and now it is starting to like a little more. I think seeing Bayley with that title could help her a lot,” he said.
Bayley will face Chelsea Green in the semifinals of the tournament for the United States Women's Championship. It will be interesting to see which of the two superstars of the WWE will be victorious.
