Triple HTriple H

The role of Triple H as the creative director of the WWE has brought significant changes, including the elimination of long -standing prohibitions that defined the identity of the promotion. His progressive approach has released several restrictions, giving the WWE superstars and the stories more space to evolve.

These elements have apparently energized fans and have even brought back several ancients who had moved away from the product over time.

The WWE is really in a new era, since the vision of Triple H has transformed the narrative and dynamics within the promotion ring.

Here are only some of the notable things that were devoid of WWE under the creative leadership of Triple H.

#5. Break the Kayfabe

Triple H allowed to relax the strict Kayfabe rules of the WWE, allowing the superstars to occasionally recognize the scripted nature of wrestling.

Under The Old Leadership, this was considered taboo, such as referring to real -life situations or even the use of real names. This seemingly simple change has added depth to the stories, blurring the line between what is real and what is not.

This can also be noticed not only in WWE promos, but also in social networks activity of several superstars, especially those that have intense rivalries.

#4. Blood spill in WWE

The bloodshed was more or less prohibited during the previous WWE regime to maintain the family image of the promotion. However, Triple H lifted this restriction, and has certainly added emotion to some of the promotion stories.

Fans who care about the security of their idols of the fight should not worry, since bleeding is controlled and is allowed selectively to amplify emotional bets. A clear example was the brutal beating of The Rock to Cody Rhodes before Wrestlemania XL.

Revert this captivates fans, since it evokes the raw history of professional wrestling.

#3. Hiring outside the WWE

The previous regime prohibited its superstars from being hired outside the WWE. This had limited the external opportunities of the WWE superstars, not to mention that it restricted the growth of its personal brand.

This is no longer in the era of Triple H, since WWE superstars can now be seen in other promotions and even face their best talents. A couple of recent examples include Karrion Kross's fight against JR Kratos in GCW Bloodsport and the next Chad Gable fight against former Mega champion of the AAA, the Viking son, in Worlds Collide.

This measure gives flexibility, improves morality and visibility while expanding the influence of WWE with new audiences.

#2. Triple H also devoured the Piledriver

The Piledriver, in any of its versions, is considered one of the most dangerous movements in professional wrestling, since it could end a fighter's career if it does not run correctly. This was the main reason why it was prohibited in WWE, and thus remained for years.

This was also raised under Triple H, when fans noticed that it was done selectively. The WWE Kevin Owens superstar is probably one of the few fighters in the company in whom the creative chief trusts more for this movement for their careful execution.

This reflects the trust of Triple H in the skills of the fighters and, at the same time, excites fans and improves the narrative.

#1. The Wrestling Word itself

Similar to breaking the Kayfabe, the word “wrestling” in itself was also evil seen by the previous leadership. At that time, the term “sports entertainment” was preferred to distance the WWE from traditional wrestling.

The current creative chief, however, embraced the first, since he gave the green light to the commentators and superstars to use it freely. This change honors the industry in which they are, including their roots, since it resonates with fans who value the rich history of wrestling.

If the previous leadership despised the word, the second “W” in WWE should have been replaced by an “S” a long time ago.
