Wrestlemania 41 is a few weeks away. WWE usually sends fans to happy house after the shows shows every year, but this year's epic event in Las Vegas needs to overcome last year.
Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns headed both nights of Wrestlemania 40. When everything ended, The American Nightmare overthrew the tyrannical tribal Chief and won the undisputed title of WWE.
Several other titles changed hands, taking the company along a different path in the second half of the year. Despite a successful show, several notable problems emerged.
Triple H and Booking managers should not make the same six mistakes in Wrestlemania 41 that were made in Wrestlemania 40.
#6. Too many non -holders
Wrestlemania 40 consisted of 14 clashes, including Damian Priest's exchange on Drew McIntyre. That means half – including a two -minute segment of Priest – involved titles. The remaining six fighting included some confrontations of improvised teams.
Bobby Lashley and the Street Profits faced The Final Testament in a street fight. Jade Cargill, Bianca Belair and Naomi beat Damage Ctrl. Rey Mysterio had a team fight, and Roman Reigns/The Rock faced Seth Rollins/Cody Rhodes.
This left two fighting of resentment: the Knight against AJ Styles and Jimmy against Jey use. WWE needs to program one or two individual, resentment or more titles in Wrestlemania 41 instead of multiple equipment clashes.
Recently two more titles were introduced: the US Women's Championship and the Women's Intercontinental Championship. If the intention is to include more stars on the billboard, the company should schedule a stairs with several stars or a fatal Four -way.
#5. Roman Reigns heads again, but without title
This could, unfortunately, come true after the triple combat was formalized threat in the SmackDown last week. Due to continuous problems and history between them, CM Punk, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins will fight in Wrestlemania 41.
No bets have been added to combat, which makes it a bit atypical for a confrontation of three fighters. WWE always presumes that Royal Rumble's winners are in the main event of Wrestlemania.
Bayley won last year but did not receive that honor. Rollins, Rhea Ripley and others also did not get the opportunity through victories in the Rumble. The tribal Chief is still one of WWE's main stars.
He has already closed eight wrestlemanias. The honor should be for someone else, like his cousin Jey use, at night 1 of Wrestlemania 41.
#4. Celebrities interfering with fighting
Involving celebrities can generate viral views for WWE on social networks, but in the long term, it damages the credibility of the fighter they beat. Sami Zayn put on Johnny Knoxville, but is one of the most selfless fighters of all time.
Snoop Dogg briefly interfered in the street fight between The Pride and The Final Testament after appearing in the comments.
The stars of the Philadelphia Eagles, Lane Johnson and Jason Kelce, helped Rey Mysterio and Andrade to defeat Dominik Mysterio/Santos Escobar. While in Las Vegas, WWE will probably have several big names, including UFC fighters, present.
With Travis Scott, randomly appearing several times, it is likely to get to get into the Rhodes/Cena combat. Triple H must resist temptation, especially because some celebrities are not sufficiently trained for their participations.
#3. The same stars head both nights of Wrestlemania 41
As mentioned in a previous point, WWE always states that winning Royal Rumble ensures a place in the main event of Wrestlemania. However, when the time comes, approximately half of the rumble winners receive that honor.
Both Cody Rhodes and Bayley won their respective directions in 2024. The American Nightmare and Roman Reigns headed both nights. It was the first time that this happened due to The Rock's participation after a year of previous preparation.
If the same three or four stars always lead the largest shows, send the message that other stars are not so important, even if they win the right. Jey use has grown in popularity and will be fighting for a title.
Will you receive the honor of closing night 1 or night 2, or WWE will throw another English key on the plans to return to Reigns or Rhodes?
#2. Lack of variety in fighting and stipulations
One thing that WWE should do in Wrestlemania 41 that did not do last year is to have a variety of fighting with different stipulations. There were four team fights and only two clashes one by one without a title.
The Rock converted both of their fighting into “all voucher” clashes, and fans had a street fight of six men. Booking managers could easily put five or six stars in a stairs fight for the Intercontinental Championship or the United States Championship.
The other fight for title could be a fatal Four -way. Kevin Owens and Randy Orton should face a street or cage fight instead of normal fight. There will probably be two triple threats after another fight for the World Women's title at the RAW next week.
Triple H must offer more fighting with different stipulations. Triple threats may not have rules by default, but there must be offers with a variety of stipulations to promote WrestleMania 41.
#1. Sobrebookear Cody Rhodes vs. John Cena en WrestleMania 41
A big problem with the fight that closed last year was WWE's need to overbook it. Rhodes lost a team fight at night 1 of Wrestlemania 40.
That defeat turned the fight for WWE's undisputed title between Roman Reigns and Rhodes essentially in a combat “without DQ”. Due to the stipulation, almost 10 people interfered at a given time.
WWE didn't want Reigns to lose cleanly, so Seth Rollins, Jey use, John Cena and The Undertaker intervened in the name of Cody. If they had not had faith that Rhodes could beat the tribal Chief cleanly, it should have been done differently.
With The Rock involved once again, the probability of a main event on Booking in Wrestlemania 41 is high. Triple H should avoid diluting the main event for the second consecutive year.
