John Cena surprised the WWE universe when going against the values he had defended for a long time to align with The Rock. After winning the elimination chamber fight and an opportunity against Cody Rhodes, Cena stayed to listen to Cody's answer.

#2. Only Sikoa could recover on WWE with The Rock
A member of The Bloodline who has not crossed roads with The Rock since his return is only Sikoa. The two were aligned last year on the way to Wrestlemania 40.
Both interfered in favor of Roman Reigns, but they could not help him retain his title. Since Roman technically lost the title, the final boss could see him as a lost cause.

The Rock could mold Sikoa in what I wanted it to be Reigns. Only would also recover some credibility after losing several times against the American nightmare and the tribal chief.
#1. Charlotte Flair coincides with The Rock's arrogant attitude
Charlotte Flair is essentially the female version of Roman Reigns. Despite his enormous talent in the ring, few may argue that it was not his famous last name/family that opened the door and gave him endless thrusts in the scene of the title. If your last name was not Flair, would you be two victories to match your father's record?
Since the queen has the opportunity to win a 15. Belt could decide to join what she perceives as the winning team. The Rock would also want the woman that some consider the best female fighter in WWE.
