In what may seem bad news, Drew McIntyre could have injured his knee after SmackDown came out of the air. In the second Dark Match of the night, he not only lost, but could have suffered a possible injury.
The first Dark Match at night saw Liv Morgan defeat Lyra Valkyria To retain the World Women's Championship. After that, the second Dark Match or the second main event of the night saw Drew McIntyre confront his old enemy, “Main Event” Jey use.
It seems that the thing could be seriously, since a fan reported that Drew McIntyre had suffered a knee injury during combat. This stopped for a moment when McIntyre could not get up after making a maneuver and saw his knee touching. However, it is almost certain that the 'injury' was in Kayfabe since he could continue the fight, in which he even gave a GTS to use.

After what happened, McIntyre could be selling his knee in Kayfabe before his Hell in a Cell combat against cm punk.
As you probably know, the trilogy struggle between Punk and McIntyre will be carried out in Bad Blood 2024, and could even lead the show despite Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns Form equipment.
We can only expect McIntyre to be selling the movement he made, and not so serious.
