The former main writer of the WWE, Vince Russo, spoke about the return of Monday Night Raw to its two -hour format. The announcement was made in the latest edition of RAW.

EThis week, WWE announced that as of October 7 its weekly programming, WWE RAW, will last two hours. This format will remain until the end of the year. It will be the first time since 2012 that the star show will only be broadcast for a couple of hours.

This week, in Legion of RAW, Russo wins He said he felt that this was a permanent change and that the company was preparing for the move to Netflix. I wasn't sure if Wwe Raw would return to its three -hour format next year.

“I think it will be permanent. I assure you. I don't think they will go from three to two and then three. I think they have not done a two -hour format. I think they want to have a formula again. That's why they are doing it three months in advance. I assure you, I could be totally wrong. I have no privileged information or anything. But I cannot believe that they will return to three hours in Netflix.”

The former writer said it was a welcome change and that it would be a new challenge for the creative team to create attractive stories within a period of two hours.

It will be interesting to see how WWE stories develop in the two -hour format.
