This is particularly heartbreaking, since Dakota Kai has had a lot of knee injuries during her career. He returned to the ring after a breakage of the previous cruciate ligament earlier this year. However, it remains to be seen if the Damage Ctrl member will return to RAW before he is authorized to fight.
Kai returned to WWE television two months after his previous injury, so the same thing is not ruled out again. The Neo Zealand can accompany Iyo Sky and Kairi Sane, especially if they become the female champions in pairs.
However, Dakota Kai could not fight until mid -October. His last fight was at the WWE Live Event on July 27 in Tokyo, Japan, along with Sky against Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill.
