This Saturday, CM Punk finally fulfills his dream of being the stellar event of Wrestlemania. The best in the world will face Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins in a triple threat fight. However, he recently said he should not be in the main event.
Cm punk made a recent appearance in The Ringer Wrestling Show. There, they asked him about the main event and the possibility of participating in the fight he has dreamed for for years. However, his answer was something unexpected.
Recognizing that his words would become viral, the saint of the second city revealed his belief that he should not be in the main event. He affirmed that, if he were in the place of Triple H, he would have scheduled another spectacular combat to close Wrestlemania.
Although he did not specify what night, he said that the Triple Threat Combat between Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair and Iyo Sky should have been the final fight of the event.
“If it depended on me, you believe it or not, Rhea, Bianca and Io would be the star event. I do not say what night, but I can tell you that if I were in the place of triple H, I would lean towards that,” said CM Punk. (05:45 – 06:08)
Given how much punk this fight wanted, it is surprising to hear him name another fight that he thinks he should have taken his place.

Being the stellar event of Wrestlemania is not the only topic of conversation around CM Punk. Some could say that it goes to the shows shows with a clear psychological advantage over one of their opponents, Roman Reigns.
As? Well, a few weeks ago in SmackDown, it was revealed that Punk would have the wise of Reigns, Paul Heyman, in his corner. The voice of the voiceless revealed that he was charging the favor that Heyman owed him, and that it would be to have the member of the Hall of Fame in his corner in Las Vegas.
It is the fulfillment of a promise that Heyman made to Punk years ago, and it is a moment of circle closing. However, it has also made this fight much more personal.
