The WWE universe could have last seen a former United States champion within the quadrilateral. The former wrestling manager Dutch Tension recently discussed the Kevin Owens injury and if he will ever return to the competition in the ring.
The Prizefighter retired from his combat scheduled with Randy Orton in Wrestlemania 41, citing a neck injury. The Canadian fighter broke his character at WWE SmackDown a few weeks ago and announced that he needed neck surgery.
It is rumored that KO will remain out of action for the rest of 2025, and the Wrestlemania will probably be lost next year.
Speaking in the last episode of the podcast Story TimeDutch Mantell said he does not believe that Nick Aldis is Randy Orton's opponent in Wrestlemania 41 even though The Viper applied an RKO.
WWE's former manager feels that he could be someone who can raise Orton in a great way.
“I don't think it's (Nick) Aldis, but I think it will be someone with a little history behind, and I don't think they have a really balanced fight. I think (Randy) Orton simply dominates from the beginning and gives the guy a couple of moments, and then, suddenly, he expires it,” said Talycl.
Tenclo also thinks that Owens will not step on the quadrilateral again, given the nature of his injury.
“Now, he says, you know, he is still waiting for Kevin Owens, and they could be trying to gain some time to see if Kevin can return. But he will not be ready in a month. He will not be ready in three months, maybe six. It could be that we never see him again. I hope not, but because he was receiving some attention, he added. (From 49:40 to 50:28)

Kevin Owens is still hopeful to make a return to WWE
In an interview with El Podcast My Mom’s BasementKevin Owens talked about the possible recovery time.
“I have not yet talked to the surgeon or anything like that. I will do all that on Monday. I mean, I know that most people who have passed through similar things probably, you know, from six months to eight months to a year. So I suppose that within that range, but I really don't know. As I said, everything is very new right now.”
Kevin Owens, at 40, still has a lot to offer the wrestling business. The WWE universe will be waiting with hope that The Prizefighter can return before expected.
