Bandido-vs.-Adam-Priest-ROH-on-HonorClub-31-07-2025-ROH-600x338.jpg

With the Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom in Chicago (Illinois, USA) as a stage, we saw new weekly delivery of Roh, where his maximum medal was put on the table.

Bandido defended the Roh World Championship against Adam Priest in the main fight, while several compatriots of “The most wanted” starred in other episode meetings: Hologram made team with Volume Ishii to measure Mxm Collection and Virus and Xelhua collided. In addition, Gringo Crazy measured Jon Cruz and Blake Christian did the same against Jimmy Jacobs.

This show could be seen live, as usual, via honorclub.

ROH ON HONORCLUB RESULTS (July 24, 2025) | Nick Wayne vs. Crazy gringo

► Honor Thursday (VII)

  • Tomohiro Ishii and Hologram defeated MXM Collection (Mansoor and Mason Madden) (with Johnny TV). Mansor fit the pin after Hologram 450. MXM Collection have become Roh's comic relief, and it seems good to me.
  • There was promotional video of the rivalry Toni Storm-Athena, who will fight for the AEW World Championship of the first in Forbidden Door 2025.
  • Gringo Loco defeated Jon Cruz. With his split-legged Monsault and the account of three, crazy dispatched this simplity duel.
  • Blake Christian (with Lee Johnson) defeated Jimmy Jacobs. First fight for Jacobs in Roh after his departure from AEW last February, who surrendered via Vanilla Choke Zero. Christian, finally, will seem rewarded for his work, because in the end of the end, he challenged bandit.
  • Before the podcast microphones No-Contest Wrestling Podcast, Paul Walter Hauser recalled that QT Marshall threw a beer in his face during the previous AEW Revolution 2025 and therefore proposed a fight against the veteran. Hauser had well stored since March.
  • Pure rules fight: Xelhua defeated virus. The novel Xelhua (honorary mention as a rookie of 2024 for superluchas) shone with the “little teacher”, which he made. It only lasted seven minutes, but there was more wrestling at that time than in many other fights of 15 or 20 minutes. A pity that the public was so off, demonstrating not to be very aware of the Mexican scene.
  • Roah World Championship: Bandit (c) defeated Adam Priest to retain the title. And another good fight, is no accident, with another Mexican talent in Liza. Priest gave a lot of war and ended on flat backs after a sapito plate.
  • I will ignore that Priest won his starting opportunity for having starred in a single victory since we see him in Roh. As I usually say, I care about the construction of a fight if later, among the twelve strings, there is magic. Unusually, this week two points of the poster were quite substantial, and also, we saw Blake Christian to place himself in the orbit of gold that he holds bandit. See, good quality “In-Ring” and a certain narrative direction. I don't ask much more for a Thursday night. I guess I am conformed with little. 6/10.
