
King of the Hill is an American animated series Created by Mike Judge (Beavis and Butt-Head and Silicon Valley) and Greg Daniels (The Office and Parks and Recreation). It was originally issued from 1997 to 2010 in Fox, with more than 250 episodes, and is considered One of the most influential animated sitcoms of the United States. Follow the life of Hank Hill, a propane seller in the fictitious Texan city of Arlen. Now in 2025, Hulu and Disney are reliving it with new episodes.

The return of “King of the Hill” has had a great beginning in Hulu, where it has been one of the best performance programs since its premiere on Monday. To help spread the news and reintroduce Hank Hill, his family and friends to the public, Disney Entertainment Television closed a series of marketing collaborations, activations and other associations. This has included from Fortnite and Nascar to Whataburger, as well as personalized content with the Podcast Theo Von, the recent attraction of the series in the Comic-Con de San Diego and a new multiannual license agreement to take the beer Alamo to consumers.
It is also underway: advertising “occupations” in the major baseball stages during several games in St. Louis and Texas; Also in Arenas by Professional Bull Riding, Walmart stores, cinemas and summer concerts of Livenation throughout the country, in addition to signaling and television promotions in the rooms of the Disney resorts, mentions of “King of the Hill” in the Fans D23 event at the El Captain Theater and in the Miami F1 Grand Prix. “28 years have passed since 'King of the Hill' premiered, so our team set out to create a campaign as the program legacy was held and headed to the spectators of the original series, while feeling fresh and modern for a whole new generation of fans,” said Shannon Ryan, Marketing President of Disney Entertainment Television, who was part of the team that helped launch Originally “King of the Hill” in Fox in 1997.
“Our goal was to create a cultural moment as iconic as Hank Hill himself, with each contact point carefully designed to reflect the DNA of this beloved series,” he added. “We wanted to go as big as Texas, so we focused on ingenious executions and bold associations that we thought would resonate and connect with fans of all ages.”
WWE: For the “Friday Night SmackDown” program of the WWE in Boston on August 15, a personalized wrestling canvas will feature the “King of the Hill” brand and the series promotional digital material of the series will be shown in all the sand. The WWE Sheamus and Johnny Gargano superstars will create videos inspired by the series.
