Millionaires cannot prevent the entry of banners with messages of peaceful protest against them. This was determined by court 84 of small causes, which failed in favor of a group of fans and ordered the club to respect this type of demonstrations, provided they do not attempt against life, honor, dignity or good name of anyone.

The decision implies that the team will not be able to restrict the entry of flags or critical posters to the stadium stands. For example, on August 20, when the ambassador table receives Unión Magdalena, the protests of their fans cannot be censored as long as they are carried out peacefully.

According to information disseminated by the Millionaires.net, informative portal led by fans of the Ambassador Table, the judge who brought the case recalled that messages such as “Amber Capital, invest well or sell” and “Someday we will have man executives hungry for glory, they are only interested in money” are legitimate opinions.

The ruling came in the midst of a climate of nonconformity with the team's present sports, which has generated discontent in the fans. Millionaires, directed by David González, occupies the last position in the Betplay League table and in four days add only one point.

The judicial decision has a context. Before the match of July 28 against Llaneros in El Campín, which ended 1-0 in favor of the visitors, a group of fans denounced the retention of flags and posters by the club's security personnel, which prevented the entry of critical messages towards the managers and caused accusations of censorship.

The fans assured that their protest was scheduled to be carried out peacefully from the stands, but the Millionaire Security team denied the admission of the flags with messages against Amber Capital – the company that owns the team. They described as a flagrant violation of their right to express themselves.

In response to these facts, the followers filed actions of guardianship before Azul & Blanco, Grupo Sncia and Millionaarios FC – among others -, arguing the violation of their fundamental right to freedom of expression, protected by article 20 of the Political Constitution of Colombia.

During the start of the second semester of the Betplay League, a sector of the swollen of Millionaires has been critical of Gustavo Serpa and Enrique Camacho's handling, maximum shareholder of the club and president of the institution respectively.
