Tonight, in the great special of AEW and AEW Dynamite called Aew Grand Slam Mexico and made from the mythical wrestling cathedral, the Mexico Arena, we saw A great fight where Kazuchika Okada managed to beat Mark Briscoe.
This fight was not for the AEW continental championship that the Japanese holds, but it was because Mark Briscoe wanted to seek revenge and the fight was on a personal level. This, because Okada brutally attacked Kenny Omega a few weeks ago.

Okada retained the title and will face Omega in a championship unification fight in the AEW All in 2025 PPV: Texas. The winner will become the indisputable champion AEW.

After the fight, Don Callis torn Mark Briscoe's eyes. Kazuchika Okada then hit Briscoe with the AEW continental championship and Callis gave him several kicks. Okada joined the attack before they both retired to the dressing room.
