The Judge of the Dana has raised the “voluntary contribution” of the gross images of the meeting of the Integrated Operational Coordination Center (Cecopi), according to a order issued this Friday. The resolution asks autonomic television to manifest “if you maintain” the “offer” of contribution of the recordings, “specifically” of the Cecopi meeting on October 29.

The resolution, says the judge in a clear reference to former Conssellera Salome Pradas, “contradicts statements provided in judicial headquarters and the circumstances in which they are obtained.” The instructor refers to the fact that “journalists were present, who could hear what was finally registered.”

The car explains that the “severity of the facts subject to research” – the 228 alleged reckless homicides – “demands” the contribution of recordings by regional television. It is an instruction, the judge abounds, about facts with a “very serious harmful result.” The instructor also regrets the “lack of documentation” of the Cecopi meeting.

The resolution reveals that the then president of the Governing Council of the Valencian Corporation of Mitjans de Comunicació, Miquel French, specified in his letter of February 19 that, in addition to the images provided by the chain to the cause that were issued on October 29, he also put “in knowledge” of the Court that had other “recordings” and that it was “available to the court for how much they could require”.

In a providence on April 22, the judge asked à punt to those “recordings” that had not been provided previously. The statement of the chain dirction last Thursday highlighted the response of Miquel French to the requirement (an action that “fully supports,” he said) and avoided the providence of the judge of April 22.

The magistrate had collected the French glove on the material that had not been sent to the cause initially, but never obtained an answer. And it is that the resolution accounts for the capital relevance for the cause of the recording that à Punt did not issue, when dealing with the “decision process” of the sending of the ES-Alert and the “possible participation (…) of other people who do not hold the condition of investigated”, in a clear reference to other participants of the Cecopi meeting, including the then chief inspector of the Provincial Firefighters Consortium, José Miguel Basset.

On the other hand, the magistrate also requires Spanish Television a copy of the recording of the images and the raw audios of the Cecopi.

À Punt sources consulted by this newspaper indicate that the public chain will analyze the order of the instructor judge before making a decision.
