The leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, has questioned this Wednesday “how many democratic governments would support having a direct relative on the bench?” After Judge Juan Carlos Peinado has communicated to Begoña Gómez his intention to be judged by embezzlement before a popular jury. The magistrate has transferred the wife of the president of the Government, his assistant Cristina Álvarez and the delegate Francisco Martín that the process against them will continue, if it opens an oral trial, before a group of citizens, and has summoned all three in their court this Saturday afternoon to inform them. Resources still fit.

“The rhythm to which the Judicial Agenda of the Government, the party and the family of Sánchez is unbearable,” said Feijóo in an appearance before the press in Congress. “The scandals happen almost every day,” he added, to explain that “the brother will sit on a bench for the unanimous decision of four magistrates of the Provincial Court of Badajoz. And his wife is on the same way. The president's own influence in cases of corruption is under judicial suspicion,” he said.

Feijóo has accused the government of parapeting behind “the theory of conspiracy and judicial persecution.” “There is no persecution,” he said. “The answer is that it is enough. To look for another smoke curtain, the judicial persecution no longer sneaks,” he said.

The PP leader has argued that “the criminal responsibility of each will be resolved by justice, but political responsibility is sentenced.” “Sánchez is responsible for this Lodazal,” he added, to conclude: “That someone says that he is a candidate for the Nobel Peace Nobel, I say he does not deserve to have a deputy act in Congress.”

Feijóo has tried to place in different planes the judicial causes against Begoña Gómez or the brother of the president, David Sánchez, of which they affect the couple of Isabel Díaz Ayuso and their insinuations that the processing of Alberto González Amador respond to political interests.

“Any Spanish citizen is subject to a judicial investigation,” he said, to add immediately: “Now, it is not the same private activities that the family is being investigated by decisions that directly affect public funds and the administration.”

Alberto González Amador will be tried for defrauding 350,000 euros to the Public Treasury, in addition to documentary falsehood and belonging to criminal organization.

Feijóo has assured that “private matters are decided in court”, while “public, affecting public administrations, must first be resolved in political responsibilities.”

The PP leader has concluded: “If a deputy has his wife in a court, you have to ask for the minutes, be the party any.”
