
The councilor of beaches, Antonio Vidal, announced this Friday That Torrevieja will celebrate this Monday, June 23, the traditional night of San Juan on its beaches and will allow bonfires on the sand.
Vidal said that “there are numerous Torrevejenses citizens who enjoy this popular festival on our beaches and that serves as a summer departure gun, becoming a special celebration that both young and old are enjoyed.” The neighboring municipalities of Pilar de la Horadada, Guardamar del Segura and Orihuela They prohibit this use, just as the municipality of Alicante has done.
