The former WWE main writer, Vince Russo, shared his thoughts about the possibility of Vince McMahon returning to the business. There has been rumors that the veteran wants to return.
Mr. McMahon had to get away from his roles in WWE due to the negative reaction after Janel Grant's demand. Since then, the veteran promoter has maintained a low profile and has been dealing with the demands to clean his name. However, he recently launched a new company, 14th & I, pointing to his intention to return to the sports and entertainment business.
During a recent episode of Writing with Russothe veteran writer explained that Vince had access to a lot of money if he wanted to return. Russo criticized some media to report that McMahon could have to pay his own pocket to repurify WWE. Vince Russo said McMahon has strong connections in Saudi Arabia, who could finance the entire project.
“I was reading some SAPP, stating that Vince McMahon wouldn't have the money. Doesn't you understand that Vince has a relationship with the Saudis?” He continued, “Vince has access to billions of dollars and Ross Sapp is thinking that Vince will make money from his own pocket to buy WWE? They have no business circumstances, absolutely none. My God, brother, if Vince McMahon really would really want to go out and raise money, do you know how much money (could raise)?” (1:15 onwards)
Vince McMahon is currently working on the documentation related to his new signature and has already registered three limited liability entities, all sharing the same address in Stamford, CT.
