WWE will be busy organizing multiple premium events live in the coming months, but there is the possibility that a superstar is missing some, since it is reported that The Miz will take time out of the product.
Earlier this year, The Miz moved to Friday Night SmackDown when he finished his alliance with The Final Testament. However, The A-Lister slowly became the support/mentor man of Carmelo Hayes in the blue brand and took a secondary role in the main stories of the promotion.
Despite his role in the headquarters in Stamford, The Miz is a recognized celebrity and twice Grand Slam champion in the promotion. Amid the recent rumors about the uncertainty behind his future with the company, it was reported that The A-Lister was recently hired to present a popular program called American Gladiators In the Amazon Prime.
According to Dave Meltzer Wrestling Observer Newsletter (WON)this could be the reason why the former WWE champion will take some time outside.
The report indicated that The Miz will soon travel to London to record the sports games program. Although the schedule was not mentioned, it will be difficult for The A-Lister traveling back and forth for the weekly product. This indicates that it will be out of WWE television for a while while presenting the next program.
The Miz addresses WWE's R-Truth output
Although he is the fighter with more defeats in the history of the WWE, The Miz has achieved much more than any average superstar could imagine with his career in the headquarters in Stamford. The A-Lister also associated with R-Truth for almost a year and together they won the championship like The Awesome Truth in Monday Night Raw under the new regime.
However, R-Truth's departure was heartbreaking for many, including The Miz. In an interview with Fox News DigitalWWE champion was asked about the two -time champion of his former teammate from the promotion. Although The A-Lister was not happy with the departure of R-Truth, he believes that Ron Killings is a talented superstar and will recover.
“Obviously, I was in a team with R-Truth, so it's always sad to see something like that happens,” The Miz said. “But I think Truth will recover. It's an incredibly talented superstar,” Miz said.
It will be interesting to see what Grand Slam champion is still for the two -time champion in the coming months.
