The Rock's daughter, Ava, does not walk with any superstar in WWE NXT, and this applies especially for the best of the best. He just put a massive obstacle against a superstar, something that has not been done in almost six years.
After racks in the episode of March 18, 2025 of NXT, the newly crowned double champion Stephanie Vaquer followed a previous confrontation with Jaida Parker. Everything pointed out that his first defense of the NXT Women's Championship would be against Parker. According to Vaquer's wishes, he was granted.
But there is also the other title at stake: the NXT American women's championship. Fallon Henley, the woman to which Vaquer destroyed, entered and demanded a rematch. When Ava said that Vaquer already has a scheduled fight for next week, Henley argued that this was part of being a double champion. So, according to Henley's wishes, the fight was granted for next week.
This means that Stephanie Vaquer will defend both titles in a single night, becoming the first person to do it at WWE from Beck Lynch in 2019.
Becky Lynch defended his female titles from Raw and Smackdown in Money in the Bank 2019, and defeated Lacey Evans before immediately losing his female title of Smackdown against Charlotte Flair.
Becky Lynch's husband, Seth Rollins, did exactly that ten years ago in the summer of 2015, when he first lost his United States title against John Cena before successfully defending the WWE championship against Sting.
It is something very rare to see and we are curious to know if Henley will dethrone Vaquer. Anyway, it is a great decision by Ava.
