Lex Luger will be included in the WWE Hall of Fame on April 18. In a recent episode of a podcast, the legendary fighter and Booker Dutch Mantell explained why he does not believe that The Total Package deserves this induction.

Luger fought for several companies between 1985 and 2006, including WCW and WWE. The 66 -year -old man won the World Heavyweight Championship and the World Television Championship twice on WCW. The 1994 WWE Royal Royal Royal also co-wrote together with Bret Hart.

Mantell hinted at Story Time with Dutch Mantell that Luger only achieved so much in the wrestling business due to his impressive physicist. He added that the same can be said of SmackDown's star, Jade Cargill.

“No (Lex Luger does not deserve the induction to the Hall of Fame), but his name was used in such a way, at star events, and he was the first one who left Florida, remembers that he was there, and went to Mid-Atlantic, which was the territory of Charlotte, and gave him a fairly good guarantee and none of the other boys had guarantees, and that began with his foot. Jade Cargill. (0:28 – 1:15)

Michelle McCool and Triple H have been announced as induced to the WWE 2025 Hall of Fame with Lex Luger. Fred Ottman, also known as Typhoon, also confirmed that The Natural Disasters will be induced this year.

Dutch Tencl on Lex Luger's bad attitude as a fighter

In 1995, The British Bulldog and Lex Luger defeated The Blu Brothers in Wrestlemania 11. Dutch Mantell, The Blu Brothers manager that day, then said Luger wanted Luger to make the fight revolve around him.

Three decades later, Mantell believes that the next member of the WWE Hall of Fame should have been more professional during his career as a fighter:

“It was a babyface and they took him to the ring, and the heel struggled, I mean, that was his job, he struggled to make him look good, in addition to letting herself be covered, so that Lex could look well, and sometimes I heard that she returned and not even thanked the guy with the one who was in the ring, and that is really a non-no. Luger was confined to a wheelchair after suffering a spinal cord injury during a flight in 2007. In recent months, he has recovered the ability to stand after receiving help from the legend of the fight Diamond Dallas Page (DDP).
