The Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) has requested a four -year prison sentence for the Attorney General for the filtration of an email from Isabel Díaz Ayuso. The institution that presides over Eugenio Ribón assumes, as the judge, which Álvaro García Ortiz leaked that email to the press “following indications of the presidency of the Government” and also requests a three -year sentence of three years in jail for Pilar Rodríguez, provincial prosecutor of Madrid.
Judge Ángel Hurtado decided to process a few days ago to the Attorney General and the provincial prosecutor of Madrid for the filtration of this email in which Alberto González Amador's lawyer recognized before the Prosecutor's Office had fraud 350,000 euros. A processing order in which the judge added, for the first time in the case, that the attorney general had urged the plan to disseminate that information following “indications” of the Department of Presidency of the Government without providing more evidence in this regard.
Several accusations have already presented to the trial their writings requesting prison sentences for García Ortiz and also for Rodríguez. Alberto González Amador has requested four years in jail for him, the same as the pseudo union ultra clean hands, for the six years of prison asks for the professional and independent association of prosecutors (APIF).
All these accusation writings agree to hold García Ortiz responsible for a revelation of perpetrated secrets to win the “story” on March 13, 2024 in which several means of communion disseminated a false version of how negotiations between the Ayuso couple and the Prosecutor's Office had elapsed in their case of fiscal fraud. The ICAM is the first of the accusations to add, as the magistrate did in his order of processing, which acted “following indications of the presidency of the Government.”
