Several of WWE's main superstars are scheduled to compete in the 2025 male Rumble.
The Rock was involved in an intense dispute with Cody Rhodes on the way to Wrestlemania 40. After defeating American nightmare at night one of last year's show, the final chief promised that he would go after the undisputed wwe champion when he returned from his hiatus. However, the 52 -year -old legendary appearance in RAW's debut episode in Netflix earlier this month seemed to break the character and hug Rhodes. The actions of the rock led many to believe that it would not have a role in this Wrestlemania.
The final boss is not currently announced for the Payment event by Vision Royal Rumble this Saturday. However, Russo revealed in The Coach & Bro Show that he still believes that there is the possibility that the rock appears as an incoming surprise in the fight of Royal Rumble Male:
“I still have the hope that they are being discreet, saying nothing, fully burying it, and that the rock enters the number 30,” he said. (39:30 – 39:40)
A former WWE star also thinks that The Rock could appear in Royal Rumble
In a recent interview with Chairshot Sports, the former WWE female champion, Layla, also discussed possible surprise participants in the next Royal Rumble Male fight.
Despite all rumors suggesting that The Rock is not part of the company's plans for Wrestlemania, the former Laycool member said that the final boss could compete in this year's rumble:
“The Rock. I know everyone would say, 'What?' I still feel that the rock could appear, ”he said.
The 47 -year -old former superstar added that she would like to see Rock to face her cousin, Roman Reigns, in Wrestlemania 41. It would be interesting to see if we finally see the so anticipated confrontation between these two iconic superstars.
