Rhea Ripley apparently concluded his rivalry with Liv Morgan at WWE RAW last night, since he defeated the latter to recover the World Women's Championship. With the Wrestlemania season approaching, the wrestling veteran Vinceo Russo has said that Mami's opponent at The Showcase of the Immortals this year could be Charlotte Flair or Becky Lynch.
Both, Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch, have been absent from WWE programming during the last months. While The Queen has been dealing with an injury since December 2023, The Man's contract expired in June 2024. However, it is reported that both are close to returning.
Speaking in Legion of RAWVince Russo said that both Charlotte and Becky could face Rhea Ripley in Wrestlemania 41, since there are no other credible opponents available.
“I would have to think that it should be Charlotte or Becky because they are the only two that really mean something. Bianca Belair, maybe? But she is doing her own with Naomi now. I think Charlotte and Becky are the only two that make sense,” he said. (From the 26:09 minute onwards)
After being short against Morgan on multiple occasions, Rhea Ripley overcame the probabilities at the premiere of the RAW season in Netflix Last night to recover the World Women's Championship. It will be interesting to see how he is doing as a champion in the coming weeks.
