This weekend, CM Punk has caused great controversy between his fans and his detractors. Everything, because he decided to fight Saudi Arabia with WWE, after years of saying things against this country and the agreement between WWE and Arabia.
CM Punk apologized with Arabia at the request of a fan, but, now, Dave Meltzer reports that said fan would have been planted by WWE. That is, they would have paid him to interact with punk and make the segment where he apologizes.

Well, recently, the journalist Brandon Thurson by Wrestle Nomics published a rather offensive tweet towards Punk and Ryback came out in his defense:

«I have had my differences with punk, but I don't see it as a sold. He returned to do what he loves and to earn money, just like you do it by writing critical opinion articles about others to get clicks.
«WWE is a global business, and working at that level implies managing complex agreements, personal beliefs and public perception. His apology was not for abandoning his values, but by the form in which he expressed them publicly and how that affected their professional relationships ».
