Balor was a thorn again on the side of Damian Priest, since he cost his former fellow woman with another fight for the title against Gunther. The Prince explained his actions in an exclusive video published by the WWE after the fight for the World Heavyweight Championship.
The infamy goalkeeper faced Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE Survivor Series: Wargames. While the match seemed balanced, Balor made his presence felt again when he attacked his former stable partner, while the referee was not looking. The ring general later left Balor on the floor and took advantage of the situation to obtain another victory over Priest.
After the surprising turn of the events, Finn Balor referred to his actions while heading to the rear. Judgment Day's star reminded Damian Priest that he had not yet overcome his dispute.
“I told you, Damian. I told you that I would wait for you until you almost forgot. But Finn, Finn never forgets.” He said.
Finn Balor and Damian Priest met at WWE Bad Blood, where the last one took the victory. While the dispute between the two seemed finished after his last fight, the Prince revived the rivalry after re -costing his former teammate the World Heavyweight World Championship.
