Bron Breakker arrived discreetly to WWE's main roster in early 2024. But for the summer, he rose in the ranks and claimed the coveted intercontinental championship.
It was rumored that it would join the previous year, but the company decided not to do it. Instead, The Dog worked with Baron Corbin in NXT. The two were an instant success through the fans lens.
Baron Corbin spoke briefly about his relationship with the 27 -year -old in an interview with El Podcast Busted Open. The Lone Wolf considers an achievement to have taken the young star from his shell. His passage through NXT was a test for the high command, and believes that he took full advantage of the hand that touched him.
“I think (my shipment) to NXT could have been a test, and I crushed it. They didn't see him coming. I helped raise Bron Breakker. We had fun. I think he took it a little out of his shell, and gave him some different levels of personality,” said Corbin. (From 5:19 to 5:40)
Corbin and Breakker were nicknamed as 'The Wolf Dogs' and held the NXT couples championship before both were moved to the main roster.

In a year in the main roster, Bron Breakker has obtained great victories over Sami Zayn, Jey use and Sheamus, among other talents.
It was also seen in a segment behind the stage with AJ Styles in RAW, unleashing rumors of a possible confrontation in Wrestlemania in what is believed to be The last race of The Phenomenal One in WWE. The interaction of Styles and Breakker has generated emotion in fans.
Meanwhile, former WWE writer Freddie Prinze Jr. discussed the reign of The American Nightmare as the company's face. Despite the credible superstars in the roster, the actor feels that no one would dethrone the champion in the coming months since the latter is in his John Cena phase.
However, Prinze Jr. said that if he had to choose one of the litter as the next big star, Bron Breakker has to be. He wondered if The Dog could win the Royal Rumble next year and face Cody Rhodes in Wrestlemania.
