A Court of Madrid has decided to accuse and call to declare Leire Díez, a socialist former socialist woman accused of maneuvering against the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard based on several recorded audios. The magistrate, who admits to processing a complaint of the Hazteoir ultra -Catholic group, also calls to declare as witnesses the businessman Javier Pérez Dolset, who collaborated with Díez to denounce, according to his version, police corruption, as one of the lawyers who leave the recordings and that is currently part of the team that defends Santos Cerdán in the Supreme Court.

In a car, to which Europa Press, the head of the Court of Instruction number 9 of Madrid has had access, calls the lawyer Jacobo Teijelo as witnesses, which currently defends the former Socialist Director Santos Cerdán, the businessman Javier Pérez Dolset and the Commander of the Civil Guard investigated in the 'Koldo' case Rubén Villalba.

In this way, the judge admits to process, as the Prosecutor's Office requested, the complaint of making you hear Leire Díez for alleged crimes of bribery and influence peddling. However, it makes it clear that it “cannot be admitted for the alleged crime of discovery and revelation of secrets” in relation to “with the offer of intimate photos of a prosecutor to a newspaper, since to proceed with such a crime, the denunciation of the aggravated person or of his legal representative is necessary.”

The instructor points out that, in the complaint, he comes to claim that Díez, “at the militant season of the PSOE, received a commission to neutralize the investigations carried out by the UCO on crimes allegedly committed by socialist leaders.” “Based on this, Díez met in February 2025 with Alejandro Hamlyn, an entrepreneur accused of an alleged crime of hydrocarbon fraud,” explains the judge.

In this meeting, he adds, the businessman Javier Pérez Dolset and the lawyer Jacobo Teijelo were also present. “The denounced offered Hamlyn an agreement with the State Advocacy and the Prosecutor's Office to avoid their conviction in exchange for information on an alleged case of corruption that would imply Lieutenant Colonel Antonio Balas, head of the UCO,” says the judge.

The magistrate affirms that you hear that Díez met in the month of March 2025 with the Civil Guard Commander Rubén Villalba, investigated in the 'Koldo case', “to offer him judicial protection and a position in the General Directorate of the Civil Guard in exchange for sensitive information to disassemble the Civil Guard and put down the judicial causes that affect the socialist party”.

In addition to the aforementioned summons, the judge also calls on November 11 the legal representative to be heard to offer actions and journalists who echoed the audios in which Díez offered the judicial favors in order to take a statement as witnesses.

This is the second Madrid court that decides to open cause about the activities of the former socialist militant, after the Court of Instruction number 2, which initiated proceedings for alleged influence peddling after a complaint of the Association Scale Scale Scale of the Civil Guard (Acesgc).

In addition to these two complaints, there are others that have already been distributed but are pending resolution: that of the Unified Association of the Civil Guard (AUGC) in the 26th and that of Iustitia Europe in 44. Díez was a deputy mayor for the PSOE in Vega de Pas (Cantabria), supported Pedro Sánchez in social media campaigns and was director of institutional relations for Correos at the proposal of Juan Manuel Serrano PSOE leader cabinet.

The ex -militant framed the content of the audios in a journalistic work to publish a book on alleged sewers of the State, “in no case in the name of anyone or on behalf of anyone.” “I am neither public employee nor have any position at the PSOE,” he said before the press in early June.
