I needed to know, professionally and personally, that I could live up to it and that I could do it again. I had no choice. Being our biggest show in North America, the pressure was high, but I can't imagine what AEW would have felt if, after this giant show, Jon Moxley and the Death Riders had kept the championship. I can't imagine the pain that would have meant for all of us. That responsibility was on my shoulders. I had no choice. It was what I had to do. “
