Welcome to the WWE news summary for April 13, 2025. In today's edition, we will see issues about the stars of Smackdown Randy Orton and Alexa Bliss.
In addition, the last update about Becky Lynch, and more. Let's start:
#4. Becky Lynch “is not fighting anymore”
Becky Lynch, who has not competed on WWE since May 2024, recently talked about his wrestling future. It appeared in The Ultimate Improv Show Not long ago and said:
“It's the Wrestlemania season, isn't it now? I'm not fighting anymore. Aww … maybe one day, but not now. Thank you very much. But my husband (Seth Rollins) yes!”
The first WWE Wrestlemania 41 night will be headed by Seth Rollins in a triple combat threat against Roman Reigns and CM Punk. It will be interesting when Rollins's wife, Becky Lynch, returns to wrestling.
While Lynch's last statement has diminished expectations before Wrestlemania, Rollins confirmed that she is not withdrawn and will return to the ring at some point.
#3. Alexa Bliss hints back to wwe
All indications pointed to a great story starring Alexa Bliss and The Wyatt Sicks for Wrestlemania 41. However, the faction and Bliss have been absent from television lately.
The popular star recently published a story on Instagram, hinting at fans about their return in the video update:
“I have a busy week. Thursday – Nobu. Vegas on Friday.”
WWE SMackDOWN and the Ceremony of Hall of Fame 2025 will take place in Las Vegas this Friday. Interestingly, reports suggest that The Wyatt Sicks could have to wait until or after Wrestlemania to return. How this affects Alexa Bliss's state is about to be seen.
#2. Charlotte Flair has been warned about Wwe's 'dismissal'
Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Stratton have recently been in the news for controversial reasons, since their April 4 segment in SmackDown supposedly entered non -scripted territory. His story is now back on the track.
Before the last episode of Smackdown, Flair launched a scripted attack against Stratton outside the sand. The commentator Joe Tessitore said the two women faced disciplinary actions. However, Flair ambushed the champion again that night.
During the second attack, Wade Barrett confronted an enraged Charlotte Flair and said:
“You're going to say goodbye.”
WWE is trying to blur the lines between fiction and reality after there was real heat behind the scene (according to reports) surrounding Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Stratton. Now, World Wrestling Entertainment could push this story as much as possible: what would happen if Flair continues to break all the rules and, as a result, is 'farewell' for the company at some point?
#1. Who will face Randy Orton at WWE Wrestlemania 41?
With Kevin Owens withdrawing from Wrestlemania due to an injury, Randy Orton needs a new opponent for The Show of Shows. Two opponents were hinted for The Viper during SmackDown this week: only Sikoa and Nick Aldis.
Aldis, whom Orton attacked with an RKO not long ago, is the definitive choice of many fans to replace Owens. WWE Eric Bischoff's fame member also wants the SmackDown GM to return to the ring in Wrestlemania 41. In his podcast 83 WeeksBischoff said:
“Nick (Aldis should face Randy Orton in WrestleMania 41), because there is a story. You have an inciting incident, which is the first thing you do in an act one. You take your character. In this case, Nick Aldis, he is the WWE GM inciter, how to light a match to a wick in a dynamite stick.
Eric Bischoff also called Nick Aldis a “super type” and a “class act,” having worked with him in TNA many years ago. The two are still friends to this day.
