The Generalitat has gone from assuring the DANA judge that the key meeting of the Integrated Operational Coordination Center (Cecopi) was not recorded to recognize that there are numerous audiovisual documents of that day that show the performance of the emergency team. The last one, which has already been contributed to the Court of Instruction number 3 of Catarroja, a recording of an external company for the emergency department in which it is evident that from 12.28, just when the hydrological alerts were decreed in the Magro River and the Poyo ravine, the Generalitat assumed their surveillance.
In the video you can see the official Jorge Suárez, deputy general emergency deputy director, explaining to the then ex -conssellera, Salomé Pradas, the situation of the Dana. Both depart with the rest of the Emergency Coordination Center team, also with the presence of the then Autonomous Emergency Secretary, Emilio Argüeso. Pradas takes notes in a block, in which the monitoring of the two channels in which the hydrological alert, “the lean river and the chicken ravine (sic)” points out. ”
These images are part of the video battery made by the company hired by emergencies and that had been hidden from the judge until Eldiario.es revealed the existence of this audiovisual material.
This new video shows that the Generalitat was aware of the situation and risk in the Poyo ravine and that it was the administration responsible for its monitoring and surveillance, something that Carlos Mazón's Valencian government continues to deny.
The company that carried out the works for the Generalitat, now in the possession of the judge, also recorded images of the beginning of the Cecopi, starting at 17.10 and later around 18.58. These recordings show that emergencies already put on the table the launch of the mass alert to mobile phones as soon as the key meeting starts, that is, three hours before the ES-Alert was launched at 20.11.
