The Electoral Commission of the Basketball Club Association has reported Monday that the only candidacy he has received to preside over the ACB is that of Antonio Martín and that it also “meets the requirements established in the electoral process.”
Therefore, Martín will be ratified as president next Tuesday, August 19, when the extraordinary general assembly is expected to be held in Barcelona in which the clubs will vote who will direct the ACB until 2029.
This will be the third mandate of Real Madrid at the head of the club's employer, after his victories in the 2018 and 2021 elections, in which, as has happened in this electoral process, he had no other candidate that would oppose him.
