Wrestlemania 41 has just launched a great surprise to fans, and could change everything for Sunday night.
During the Countdown program of Wrestlemania on Saturday, a segment was issued that showed Bayley after being attacked Backstage. WWE's female champion was shocked and apparently injured, which generated immediate concern between fans and officers equally.
Adam Pearce quickly confronted Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez, the programmed opponents of Bayley and Lyra Valkyria for night two, but both superstars denied any participation in the ambush.
Despite the denials, the damage seems to be done. Bayley has been officially withdrawn from Sunday's fight, leaving Lyra Valkyria without a partner less than 24 hours that Wrestlemania is broadcast live from Allegiant Stadium.
Pearce informed Lyra in the air she would have until Sunday to appoint a new teammate if she hopes to keep her place on the billboard and challenge the female titles of WWE couples.
A replacement has not yet been announced, but speculations are already circulating online. Could this be the perfect moment for a surprise ascent from NXT? Or a star that will intervene to balance the chances?
The fight for female couples titles has gone from being a standard defense to a mystery that could steal the show.
