Podemos has insisted on Wednesday to request the progressive government to draw NATO Spain. During the appearance of Pedro Sánchez in Congress, the party leader, Ione Belarra, has assured that “loyalty” shown by the chief of the Executive with NATO “is to show her loyalty to war criminals” or “to the genocide that Netanyahu is perpetrating the Palestinian people.”
“I demand that we stop endangering, at risk, which is what you are doing in NATO,” said Belarra during his full speech. In his opinion, Sánchez “is becoming an objective” to the Spaniards. “He is compromising the future of our sons and daughters,” he said. Finally, he has lashed out at the increase in military spending, and has accused Sánchez to lie to say that Spain will not reach 5% of GDP in defense. “I want to call the insumission against this criminal rearm to load the social state,” he said.
