Bogotá was officially selected as the headquarters of the 2026 World Hostterophilia Youth Championship, one of the most important events of the International Discipline Calendar. The decision was confirmed on Tuesday by the International Federation of Search (IWF).
“On behalf of the International Search Federation, we extend our warmest congratulations to the Colombian Federation of Seleterophilia for the Bogotá selection as the headquarters of the IWF 2026 youth world championship,” said the letter sent by the president of the agency, Mohamed Jalood, and the Secretary General, José Quiñones, to the president of the Colombian Federation, William Peña.
