In AEW Al Out, Bryan Danielson successfully defended his world title by defeating Jack Perry, TNT champion, in one of the best individual performances of Perry's career. But what happened to the champion was then something that nobody saw coming.
Danielson, known for his skill in the ring, controlled much of the fight, but Perry was not far behind and achieved several moments of dominance. From impressive jumps outside the ring to classic maneuvers such as Snare Trap and Cattle Mutilation, Perry was close to defeating the champion several times. However, Danielson managed to counteract the attacks and finally beat Perry after a devastating knee Busiaku.
What happened after the fight left everyone surprised. While Danielson celebrated his victory, Killswitch suddenly appeared and brutally attacked Danielson on his back. Then Christian Cage, accompanied by Nick Wayne and other members of his group, appeared on stage. It seemed that a confrontation was about to explode, but then Jon Moxley appeared, generating even more tension.
Just when it seemed that everything calmed down, Claudio Castagnoli, Danielson's partner at the Blackpool Combat Club, betrayed him unexpectedly. With a violent Uppercut, he left Danielson defenseless, while Moxley placed a plastic bag on his head and suffocated him. Bryan Danielson falls short of support after attack at AEW All Out
This shocking turn marks the end of an era at the Blackpool Combat Club and the beginning of a new narrative for Danielson, who had just crowned champion in the last edition of AEW All in in London.
