Carlito is ready to make an appearance in an important wrestling event outside of WWE. Last week he said goodbye to the headquarters in Stamford and fans.
Before the June 2 edition of Monday Night Raw, the veteran shared an update on X/Twitter to announce his departure from the headquarters in Stamford. The former WWE United States champion said the Global Giant had decided not to renew his contract, which was scheduled to expire in two weeks at that time.
Today earlier, it was announced that the 46 -year -old man will be one of the outstanding guests in the next Destination WrestleCon. The Marriott of the Newark Liberty International Airport is scheduled to house the convention on August 1 and 2 during the Summerslam weekend. Wrestlecon shared the update on X/Twitter:

WWE's experestrella blames WWE's creative team for Carlito's departure
The 46 -year -old social networks update announcing his departure surprised WWE fans, since the veteran constantly appeared in segments behind the scene with other members of The Judgment Day. The former Superstar of WWE Stevie Richards recently blamed the creative team of the promotion for the surprising departure of the Puerto Rican star.
Speaking in The Stevie Richards ShowWWE's former Hardcore champion criticized the creative team for the poor Reservations of Carlito. He added that the veteran was not given any opportunity to shine.
“Then, you have literally castrated the character. You made it a guy who basically only received endings and blows for others, which is fine, but then you will not renew the contract when it is your fault. Once again, the creative team has nothing for you. You are not highlighting. You are, you know, any type of manipulation you want to put in front of a talent. This is a false and subjective business decided by accountants, not by creative people and nod with their heads or not.

Surprisingly, Carlito's most recent appearance in the ring was outside World Wrestling Entertainment. He defeated Ray González at WWC Summer Madness 2025 to win the WWC Puerto Rico Heavyweight Championship. It will be interesting to see what the future holds for the veteran.
