Every superstar dreams of winning a WWE championship, and is quite strange when someone lets a chance to pass. The New Day member, Kofi Kingston, did something similar in RAW this week, which left Vinceso slightly surprised.
In the middle of a WWE story that hinted at the separation of The New Day Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods were involved in a segment after racks in the latest edition of RAW. Kofi told his partner that Jey use had proposed an opportunity for the intercontinental title, who decided to give up Xavier Woods.
Although Woods was excited with Kingston's idea, the former WWE Vince Russo's main writer could not understand why a talent would deliberately ignore the opportunity to become a champion.
In Legion of RAWVince Russo said he had seen that the same thing happened with Kevin Owens a few weeks ago and that he was quite surprised and confused to see a Kofi Kingston Follow the same example.
“Brother, please help me with this. Wasn't Owens who a couple of weeks ago tried to reject an opportunity for the title because he did not deserve it? Well, two weeks later, Kofi is rejecting an opportunity for the title that does not interest him, so he will give it to Xavier. Why are they doing this? I don't understand it either,” said Russo.
Vince Russo emphasized that the sole objective of any professional fighter must be to capture a championship, and did not walk with rodeos when criticizing the creative direction of Kofi Kingston.
“This is nonsense, a little ladybug, a little girl! The goal of being a professional fighter should be to win a degree. That should be the goal, not to hit your friends, brother. I don't understand it.”
