Dominik Mysterio has become one of WWE's main villains, and has played his role very well during the last four years. The former NXT American champion is known for causing problems and making sure that no one is safe. In fact, he even made fun of The Rock after his return in Bad Blood.
After the stellar event of Bad Blood, where Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes defeated only Sikoa and Jacob Fatu, Rhodes, Reigns and Jimmy use, who returned, gathered in the ring. Just when it seemed that the show was about to end, The Rock's music sounded again and made a brief appearance that surprised everyone present.
Immediately after his appearance, The Rock published a video on Instagram in which he talked about the current situation of the WWE, hinting that there will soon be changes. He also criticized Cody Rhodes and John Cena.
During an autograph signature event for Fanatics Live, Dominik Mysterio was asked if he was excited to see The Rock again. Mysterio laughed and threw a mocking criticism by saying that the only good thing that The Rock has done is The Mummy 2.
“(Laughs) No. The only good thing The Rock has done is The Mummy 2”.
Dominik Mysterio also made it clear that he hopes to face CM Punk in the future, since he hates The Second City Saint.
Anyway, we will have to wait and see if Mysterio and The Rock will ever face face to face on WWE television, since fans would love that to happen.
