The leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, will plant Felipe VI, to the General Council of the Judiciary, to the main judges of the country, the prosecutors, as well as the government. Feijóo will not go to the inauguration of the judicial year “for a previously acquired commitment,” the party has reported in a statement sent to the media. That “commitment” is a rally of the president of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, in Arganda del Rey (Madrid) and organized by the PP “the same day and the same time.”
The statement also refers to the presence of “a state attorney general who incurred deviation of power according to CGPJ himself, and who is already waiting to be tried by the Supreme Court itself.” The open cause against Álvaro García Ortiz is directly related to tax crimes supposedly committed by Ayuso's couple and who face him up to four years in jail.
Feijóo will participate on Friday in the inauguration of the political course of the PP of the Community of Madrid, says the statement. “Therefore, it will not attend the opening of the judicial year, convened for the same day and the same time,” he adds. The act will be chaired by the king, he will attend the main flat of the Spanish judicial system. From the president of the CGPJ and the Supreme Court, Isabel Perelló, to the Attorney General, Álvaro García Ortiz. Representatives of the Government will also attend, with the Minister of Justice, Félix Bolaños, at the head.
The statement sent by the PP says that, “of course”, the party “professes the greatest respect for the CGPJ and the Supreme Court. The same one that he has towards the crown in general and towards his majesty the King in particular.” And remember that “Feijóo had attended” this act “every year” since the Spanish right leads. “This year it will not be possible for a previously acquired commitment,” he says expressly.

The PP also wields the amnesty to the leaders of the procés or the ERE: “This government does not respect justice because it amnesty to accused as Puigdemont, pardoned convicted as Junqueras, celebrates that the convictions to Chaves already griñán are annulled and protects people like Álvaro García Ortiz, Begoña Gómez or David Sánchez Pérez-Castejón.”
The Zanja statement: “The PP regrets that the Government submits the head of the State to the institutional tension of sharing an act with a FGE in this procedural situation, something that would be easily avoidable if Pedro Sánchez forced his resignation immediately.”
