The independent fighter Vince Steele has died while seeing action in an independent event.

Championship Wrestling Coastal announced on the social networks that Steele, nicknamed 'The Jurassic Juggernaut', died at the age of 39. According to Pwinsider, Steele was fighting for Brii Combination Wrestling in New Jersey in a 4way fight where a medical emergency occurred.

According to Bodyslam.netSteele collapsed in the midst of his combat scheduled at Madness At the Mecca, and witnesses present stated that he suffered a heart attack. A public member shouted: “He is giving him a heart attack!” while the situation was developed.

Distortly, the ambulance took 45 minutes to arrive, leaving many stunned attendees and concerned about the response time.

Steele has been fighting since 2004. In recent years he has competed for BCW, Ace, Swa, BTW and CWA.

He also had a separation for WWC Puerto Rico last year.
