Charlotte Flair has been one of WWE's main stars since she received her promotion to the main roster in 2015. Almost a month after The Queen's return, the former WWE EC3 talent responded to fans who criticized her victory in Royal Rumble.
On February 1, Flair exceeded 29 competitors to become the first winner of two women's Royal Rumble. The 38 -year -old woman had not fought since the LCA, the LCM and the meniscus against Asuka almost 14 months before.
EC3 appeared in The Wrestling Outlaws together with the presenter Dr. Chris Featherstone and the former WWE Vince Russo writer. The two -time TNA World Champion explained why Flair deserves to be in prominent positions compared to emerging stars.
“Just because you think someone deserves something, sometimes people who are in those positions are there for a reason, because they are still surpassing these other people in effort,” said EC3. “Then, just because you, in your despair to see something new, although (some fans say), 'We want to see something new. Oh, wait, that is 20 years ago (reaction excited by the return of legends). Yes!' Shut up, ok? ” (15:08 – 15:26)
