Our women\u2019s under-21s team have won the Women\u2019s Professional Games Academy U21 PGA Division One for the second season in a row.<\/p>\n
We clinched the title with a 5-0 win at Durham last weekend, John Bitting\u2019s team getting the job done in style. We were 3-0 up at half-time thanks to goals from Abi Conway, Bryony Brodie and Mia Dixon, before further goals from Dixon and Conway completed the scoring.<\/p>\n
We finished the first phase of the league with seven wins and one draw from eight matches, topping the table.<\/p>\n
That form continued into the second phase, as we currently sit top with 10 wins, two draws, two defeats and two games remaining, putting us six points clear of second-placed Manchester United and with a game in hand.<\/p>\n
It was a seven-game winning run that sealed the title, and we did it with the youngest squad in the league.<\/p>\n
