Tension is rising for Parisian supporters… and so are the price of tickets. The PSG-Arsenal Champions League semi-final return seems inaccessible for those who want to go to the Parc des Princes, Wednesday May 7. The result is an unforgettable experience for some enthusiasts, synonymous, perhaps, with a place in the final of the European competition, after the Parisians’ 1-0 victory in the first leg. You still have to be able to afford the precious sesame. Indeed, prices are soaring on \u201cTicket Place\u201d, the official resale platform of Paris Saint-Germain, with tickets put up for sale by individuals.<\/p>\n

A quarter-turn seat, Borelli stand, at the Parc des Princes, is sold for 520 euros on the Ticketplace website, consulted by franceinfo. This is the minimum price displayed on Friday May 2 for a place. It costs 5,900 euros for a similar place, of the same category, in the quarter-corners, but this time on the lawn, Borelli stand, with 900 euros in reservation fees. Another example: it costs 1,600 euros for the Borelli stand, in the front row, behind the visiting players’ bench. Tickets at a high price because they are rare, but also because the platform does not set any ceiling. Resellers set their price and the club takes 20% of the sale.<\/p>\n

Speculation is the same on the black market, as for Imrane, who buys and resells places occasionally. “I bought a place for 450 euros to resell it for 500 euros”, <\/em>he admits to Radio France. A relatively modest margin, but a profit all the same for him. Other resellers, such as “Porunga Dbz”<\/em> on social networks, go further, with seats purchased for 110 euros, resold for 400 euros, and up to 3,000 euros for a VIP seat. Here again, amounts aligned with those of Ticketplace, admits the reseller.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
