WWE BAD BLOOD is just around the corner, and there is a mystery about a possible surprise, or return, which will lay the guidelines for the near future within the WWE universe, and could even impact the undisputed champion, Cody Rhodes.
The last time The Rock fought was in Wrestlemania 40, where he participated in a fight with Roman Reigns against Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins, and The Final Boss team won that fight. Then, he promised to return and get a fight against Cody Rhodes, and it seems that his return could come very soon.
After his interview with the Pat McAfee Show, Cody Rhodes was entertaining everyone in the studio when Mcafee approached to ask him a question. He said: “I heard that the Grandullón will return this week.”
Cody Rhodes took a second and asked: “Is he?” Then, Mcafee replied: “Tell me.” Then Cody responded quickly and asked: “Which one?” That was a cryptic conversation between two people who are probably aware, a communication at a level at which everything is not said because they are much more connected than most people on the planet at this time.
Pat Mcafee left saying: “You told me everything I needed to know.” Although American Nightmare did not reveal anything with his response, he certainly did not denied what Pat Mcafee had heard.
Many fans responded to this video and proclaimed that The Rock will return in Bad Blood on October 5. The Bloodline will face Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes during that event, and this could prepare the stage in an important way for The Rock to reintegrate into the situation.
We will closely follow this story, because you never know what the WWE has planned. There is a battle for attention at this time, and that will create some important moments along the way. Maybe that means that The Rock will return long before anyone else would have anticipated.
