WWE's “teacher” Jey Use, must choose a world champion who to challenge in Wrestlemania 41 after winning the Royal Rumble Male. The member of the Bully Ray Hall of Fame recently said that the 39 -year -old fighter cannot choose to face the undisputed champion of WWE Cody Rhodes for a significant reason.
After exceeding 29 other competitors to win the 2025 Rumble Rumble, Jey Use revealed at the post-show press conference that he would like to have another opportunity against the worldwide heavyweight champion Gunther. The two have faced several times in the last year. However, use has not been able to defeat the ring general. Last Monday at Raw, Gunther confronted Royal Rumble's winner, promising him pain if he decided to challenge him in the shows shows.
More recently, Use revealed that he will confront The American Nightmare this Friday at SmackDown before making his final decision.
Speaking in the Busted Open podcast, Bully Ray said that I would have to choose Gunther to challenge in Wrestlemania. He pointed out that if former intercontinental champion chose Rhodes, he would mean that he is admitting that he cannot overcome the ring general:
“Look, I don't think Jey use can choose Cody because that's admitting that he can't beat Gunther. So, I think Jey has to choose (Gunther). 'Hey, listen, Gunther defeated me. Now, I have my chance again. Now, I have to beat Gunther.' If you choose Cody, you are now evading Gunher. (2:30 – 2:52)
Jey will use Gunther in Wrestlemania, predicts former WWE main writer
While approaching Jey's victory he used at Royal Rumble in The Coach & Bro Show, the former WWE main writer Russo said that the company had already planted the seeds so that Jey uses to challenge Gunther in Wrestlemania 41.

So, I think they have prepared it for Wrestlemania where he will have that last chance against Gunter and, of course, in Wrestlemania he will defeat him for the first time and will become champion, he said.
