Jey Use unexpectedly won the WWE Rumble Rumble's fight for 2025 to get an opportunity for the world title in Wrestlemania 41 on April 19 and 20. Despite the popularity of the Raw star, the former WCW Disco Inferno, think that Rumble's victory should have been for someone else.
Use has become one of WWE's main babyfaces during the last year thanks to his fashion phrase “Yeet” and his connection with fans. On February 1, he eliminated the favorite of the Rumble John Cena at the end of the fight of 30 men to register the greatest victory of his career so far.
In the podcast K100Disco Inferno compared the public reactions to use with those of Daniel Bryan and Kofi Kingston in 2014 and 2019, respectively. He also raised doubts about the possibility that The former Bloodline challenges Gunther's heavyweight world champion:
“Jey use against Gunther, sorry, Jey is receiving a good push, but she looks a bit like the matter of Kofi and Daniel Bryan,” said Disco Inferno. “The guy has an excellent participation and reaction of the public for his fighting because he has the gimmick, but the question is 'Will it be an attraction?' In the episode of February 3 of RAW, Jey use celebrated with fans before insinuating a possible confrontation in Wrestlemania 41 with Gunther. Four days later, the 39 -year -old fighter revealed in Smackdown who is also considering choosing Cody Rhodes, WWE's undisputed champion, as his opponent.
Disco Inferno names four greatest attractions that Jey use
The 2025 male Royal Royal was one of WWE's fighting with more stars in years. CM Punk and John Cena were seen as favorites, while Roman Reigns competed in his first rumble since 2020.
Disco Inferno thinks that a victory in the Royal Rumble for Cena, Punk, Reigns, or The Rock would have made more sense before Wrestlemania 41:
“Of those four, they are much more attractive than Jey use, so it is a strange decision. I wonder if they are simply resting on their laurels now because businesses are so easy because they are selling all their presentations that they wondered if they could do something like that.” (2:29 – 2:45)
On March 1, WWE will present the Premium Live Elimination Chamber event from the Rogers Center in Toronto. Dinner and Punk will compete within the steel structure with Drew McIntyre and three other participants to confirm. The winner will receive an opportunity for the world title in Wrestlemania 41.
