Jim Ross, the defining voice of the professional wrestling of our time, faces another health challenge at the beginning of a battle against colon cancer.
The 73 -year -old narrator Jim Ross published a message on social networks on Thursday informing fans who was diagnosed with colon cancer this week and will soon undergo surgery.
“Diagnosed this week with colon cancer. Surgery is scheduled for within one or two weeks,” Ross tweeted. “I appreciate your concern and support.”
The last years have been difficult for Ross in terms of health, including a battle against skin cancer and the recovery of a fractured hip. However, in December 2024 he said that his health had improved greatly.
“I'm not going to complain or regret for 'poor of me.' That doesn't heals anything, ”Ross said at that time. “And nobody is interested in hearing that shit. Not me. In any case, things are fine. Things are fine here.”
