Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh were enshrined on July 30 in RAW as the new world couples champions WWEby beating Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods of The New Day. Well, The New Day wanted to return to the title, however, they found themselves on the way with a surprise defeat tonight before Joaquín Wilde and Cruz del Toro in Raw.
Brutus, Wilde and Kofi began combat. Kofi was thrown out of the ring, while Brutus lifted Wilde by the air with gross power. ►2- Julius took over and swept with Kofi and Wilde. He tried to cover Wilde without success, and Del Toro entered to attack Julius as a team.

The Puerto Rican executed a Moonsault and Kofi returned to connect a kick to the face, but neither with Julius nor with Del Toro managed to realize the touch on his back. Kofi took Julius out of the ring and cornered Del Toro. Woods entered to apply a DDT and pave in the Ric Flair style, before connecting a Superkick to Julius. Then, next to Kofi, they turned to trample him until he finished it with some flying patadsa that sent him outside the ring.
Cruz surprised with a kick to Kofi's temple. They applied a poison to Brutus and the three were laid. Julius, Wilde and Woods entered at the same time; Wilde knocked Julius and connected a Superkick to Woods, followed by a DDT about Julius. Brutus and Kofi tried to return, but were neutralized. Julius and Woods left the ring, Wilde climbed the corner, but Ivy pushed him and fell outside.
Dragon Lee went to review, but Julius pushed him without contemplation. Dragon Lee responded with Superkicks for Julius and Brutus. When he got into the ring's eyebrow, the great American made him stumble. American Made held it and Del Toro threw himself with a Splash tornado over all. The New Day returned to Wilde to Ring to finish him as a team, but Wilde reacted by launching Woods outside and surprising Kofi with a quick account that gave him the victory.
