The Colombian cyclist Kevin David Castillosub-23 national champion and one of the emerging promises of the South American platoon, will temporarily reinforce the ranks of the Movistar Team as 'Stagiaire' (tested cyclist) for the final stretch of the 2025 season.
Castilloborn in Marseille (Risaralda, central-west of Colombia) in 2001, arrives from the Team Sistecredito and will face for the first time the experience of competing in the European Elite calendar. Under the direction of Eusebio Unzuéthe corridor will participate in various tests of the international circuit with the aim of measuring its performance and adaptation to the platoon WorldTour.

“Very happy to belong to the team with the most cycling history and it also fills me with pride to be able to be here. We will give the best in the next races and hope to do it very well,” said the Colombian in his first statements to the Navarrese team, in turn, released this Friday.
The young Colombian adds the crown of the Classic RCN 2024 and of the Tour de Guadalupe 2024, in addition to a third place in the National Championship of Colombia 2025. In the recent return to Colombia, he achieved three third stage stalls and ended thirteenth in the general classification.
